White Wines

Sparkling Wine 08 "Amore" $25

Bright pale straw colour, fresh floral nose, strawberry, citrus & passionfruit. Palate is fresh & creamy.

Classic Dry White 08 $21

Blend of chenin & chardonnay grapes. Very fruity, slightly sweet but deliciously crisp refreshing. Attractive apples & pears flavours, soft middle palate.

Unwooded Chardonnay 08     $21

This is a soft, round fruity white. Flavours of peaches to tropical fruits. Well balance with long soft finish.

Unwooded Chardonnay 06 $20

Has a light straw colour with a fresh and peachy aroma. Loads of peach-like flavour balanced with a fresh acidity and a soft finish.

Oscar Gold 06 $23

A medium staw colour with a vibrant Muscat aroma. Delicious fragrant fruit flavours balanced by fresh acidity and a clean fresh finish.

Red Wines

Rosé Rouge 08   $22

Fruity, slightly sweet but deliciously crisp & refreshing.

 

Rosé Rouge 06   $20

A strawberry red hue with an elegant perfume. Made from the Chenin Blanc grape varietal and makes for a light wine great for drinking during the summer. The summer wine when you are not having a summer wine.

Cabernet Merlot 06  $23

Deep ruby red with an appealing nose of lifted sweet plum and spicy oak. Fine soft and round with rich sweet flavours. The palate is medium bodied with excellent length and a fruity full finish.

Cabernet Shiraz 06 $23

A bright red colour and fresh lifted berry fruit aromas. Palate is round with peppery flavour and sweet fruit; the wine is balanced with a long soft grainy finish.

Merlot 08 $23

Bright burgundy in colour with fresh aromas of red cherry fruit. Soft round palate with excellent fruit flavours & attractive finish.
